  • Proven Executive Experience: Demonstrated success as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive in manufacturing or related industries.

  • Strategic Vision: Ability to set and execute long-term strategies to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership.

  • Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of production operations, supply chain management, and quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.

  • Financial Acumen: Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management.

  • Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Cultural Sensitivity: Familiarity with Georgian culture, business practices, and the ability to build trust and relationships across cultural contexts.

  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Commitment to delivering measurable business outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
