Key Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in facility or industrial site operations.
- Upper Intermediate level of Russian (B2).
- Basic knowledge of production machinery and diagnostics.
- Skills in minor repair and construction work.
- Understanding of key engineering systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
- Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules.
- Strong documentation, Excel, and Google Sheets skills.
- Responsible, independent, and stress-resistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily inspections of plant areas, identifying issues and risks.
- Organizing and supervising machinery maintenance and contractor work.
- Quick resolution of technical issues (electricity, lighting, plumbing, ventilation, access systems).
- Performing minor repairs (locks, walls, painting, fixtures).
- Coordinating construction/repair projects and accepting completed work.
- Maintaining order on site and monitoring fire safety and engineering systems.
- Keeping operational documentation and equipment records.
- Managing facility-related procurement.
- Close collaboration with production, warehouse, and security teams.

- Ensure the operational efficiency of all facilities through proactive maintenance and management.
- Enhance safety measures and compliance with industry standards.
- Streamline procurement processes and vendor management for improved facility services.
