Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with logistics and supply chain management.
Ability to work onsite in Poland, Latvia, or Italy and engage with regional teams.

Manage dispatch coordination, optimizing resource allocation and route planning.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional technical teams and stakeholders.
