The role will involve overseeing dispatch coordination, mentoring field managers, and maintaining quality assurance for technical training.   • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in telecommunications or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Field Service Management systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational improvements.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with logistics and supply chain management.
  • Ability to work onsite in Poland, Latvia, or Italy and engage with regional teams.
