As the Social Media & Communications Specialist in our innovative IT product company OMNIC, your mission is to amplify our brand presence and foster strong client relationships through strategic social media management and effective communication strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. (will be an advantage)
  • Proven experience in social media management and communications, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO) by providing comprehensive assistance in social media and business relations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing department under the guidance of the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) to implement social media strategies.
  • Manage and update the CDTO's LinkedIn profile, curating content to enhance visibility and professional image.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and company partners, ensuring high-level service through regular CRM interactions.
  • Maintain accuracy and relevance of client data in the CRM system, utilizing segmentation and analysis for improved client interactions.
  • Collect and analyze data on social media campaign effectiveness, preparing regular reports with recommendations for strategy enhancement.
  • Identify new business development opportunities through social media and professional networks, participating in events and conferences to strengthen business relations.
