We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Italy.

Responsibilities:

Regional Leadership: Oversee all aspects of operations in Italy, including business development, market analysis, and strategic planning to drive growth and profitability.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand our presence and maximize revenue.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to achieve business objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Team Management: Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

Financial Management: Manage the budget, forecast financial performance, and implement cost-effective measures to achieve financial targets and optimize profitability.

Compliance and Legal Matters: Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies, and mitigate legal risks by implementing effective processes and controls.

Reporting and Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management on business performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities.

  • Coordinate the implementation of the company's self-service solutions projects in Italy, ensuring successful execution and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging creative thinking and exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance our products and services.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our brand, build relationships, and stay abreast of market developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred would be a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of success in driving business growth and managing complex projects in Italy.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Italian market, industry trends, and regulatory environment, particularly in the self-service solutions or related industries.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment and developing talent.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a hands-on approach and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
