Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing strategy development: market analysis, identification of target audience, selection of marketing channels, etc. 
  • Budget management: Responsibility for distribution and effective use of the company's marketing budget: control of expenditures on advertising, events, agency services and other marketing research.
  • Brand Development: Building and maintaining a strong brand for the company in the global market: developing brand strategy, logo design and corporate identity, as well as managing the online and offline presence of the brand.
  • Digital marketing: managing and ensuring effective performance of the website, social media, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and contextual advertising.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Continually monitor and analyze the results of marketing campaigns, and prepare regular reports on promotion and marketing performance for senior management.
  • Team Management: Appointing, training and motivating members of the marketing team. Supervise and coordinate their work to achieve common goals.
  • Partnerships and Relationships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with key players in the global market, media and industry.

Attracting New Leads (MQL - Marketing Qualified Leads)

  • Number of MQLs Generated: Track the number of leads that meet the predefined criteria indicating they are more likely to become customers.
  • Lead Source Performance: Measure the effectiveness of different lead generation channels (e.g., website, social media, events, partnerships).
  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of visitors who become leads. 
  • Cost per Lead (CPL): Determine how much is spent on acquiring each lead through various channels.

Brand Awareness

  • Social Media Engagement: Track likes, shares, comments, and followers across social media platforms.
  • Website Traffic: Monitor the number of visitors to the company website and analyze the traffic sources.
  • Media Mentions and PR Coverage: Track the number and reach of mentions in media outlets and industry publications.

Warming Up Existing Leads

  • Email Open and Click-Through Rates: Track engagement with email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads.
  • Lead Nurture Conversion Rate: Measure how many nurtured leads move further down the sales funnel.
  • Content Engagement: Track engagement with content (e.g., whitepapers, webinars, case studies) designed to educate and warm up leads.

Maintaining Good Relationships with Existing Clients
