Your responsibilities extend to fostering a robust communication framework with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and synergy in partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships in alignment with OMNIC's business objectives.
  • Lead negotiations and contract finalization processes with potential partners.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration of partners into OMNIC's ecosystem.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Drive sales strategies in conjunction with partners to achieve targeted revenue goals, starting from 1 million Euros per contract.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, iterating strategies for optimization.
  • Act as a liaison between OMNIC and its partners, fostering strong relationships and addressing concerns proactively.
  • Build a community for the partners who join the network.

  • Establish partnerships with a minimum of 10 key players in target industries within the first year.
  • Lead partners to the first sales starting from 1 million Euros per contract.
  • Successfully launch onboarding programs for all new partners within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain partner satisfaction levels above 90%, measured through feedback surveys and performance metrics.
  • Implement scalable processes and frameworks for partnership management, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
