Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees like an MBA or a Master's in Engineering can be advantageous.

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in executive or senior management roles in the same field, or in technology-driven industries such as IT, manufacturing, or logistics.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving growth in R&D, manufacturing, software and logistics.
  • Experience in technical service and maintenance operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: executing a strategic roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability that was developed with the company board together with Deputy CEO
  • Regular management of teams: making sure that the company is aligned with the OKRs, roadmap, all the standards are in place: Jira, standups, planning, retrospective, reporting:
    • Manufacturing
    • Technical service and maintenance
    • Finance
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, investors, and regulatory bodies, to foster collaboration, trust, and long-term partnerships.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Leading and inspiring cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and developing talent to drive excellence and achieve organizational objectives.

Achieving planned margin on the projects.

Technical Service Excellence

Decreasing average response time for technical service and maintenance requests, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and retention.

Manufacturing Efficiency

Achieving reduction in manufacturing costs through process optimization and efficiency improvements, while maintaining product quality standards.

Talent Development and Retention

Implementing employee development programs and initiatives that result in increased employee engagement and retention rates, with a focus on key technical and leadership roles.

Stakeholder Satisfaction

Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, as evidenced by regular feedback and satisfaction surveys, with a target satisfaction score of at least 90%.

Sustainability and Compliance
