Key Requirements

1-3 years of experience in operations management or related roles, preferably in logistics, postal/courier services, retail, or e-commerce.
Upper Intermediate (B2) proficiency in English and Arabic.
Strong knowledge of operations management concepts: KPIs, SLAs, process design, and service standards.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with partners and contractors.
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with task management systems (Jira, Trello, Monday).

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations: monitor network performance, SLA compliance, and device availability.
Participate in building and developing the local operations team.
Set KPIs and performance metrics for both employees and the overall network; conduct regular evaluations.
Collaborate with the service department, contractors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
Control and optimize business processes: reduce incident resolution time, lower maintenance costs, and improve efficiency.
Contribute to strategic network expansion planning (new regions, partnerships, optimal site placement).
Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management (financial indicators, operational efficiency, key metrics).
