Key Requirements

3-7 years of experience in process engineering, specifically in metalworking technology.
Upper Intermediate (B2) proficiency in Russian.
Solid knowledge of SolidWorks and proficiency in MS Office (Excel included).
Deep understanding of laser equipment operating principles and laser cutting programs.
Familiarity with welding and painting processes, as well as assembly processes.
Experience in developing SOPs and line balancing.
Knowledge of lean production methodologies and implementation of 5S.
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues in production processes.
A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Monitor and control material consumption rates.
