  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a sales-driven environment.

  • Experience in managing community initiatives that engage residents and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian and Russian for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
