Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Development and Optimization

  • Build supply chains for company projects according to business goals and product specifications.
  • Analyze existing processes and introduce optimizations to improve speed and reduce costs at every supply chain stage.

Supplier CRM Implementation

  • Select and implement a CRM system for supplier management to monitor effectiveness, quality, and on-time deliveries.
  • Set up and standardize supplier communication processes via CRM to enhance transparency and risk management.

Logistics Partnership Management

  • Establish partnerships with logistics companies to secure the most cost-effective transportation conditions.
  • Negotiate with logistics providers to minimize transportation expenses and ensure reliable delivery across regions.

Tax and Customs Optimization with Brokers

  • Develop and maintain contacts with customs brokers in various countries to optimize tax expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with customs requirements and tax rates, leveraging tax benefits and exemptions where possible.

Inventory Management

  • Implement inventory control systems for effective logistics and warehouse management.
  • Develop stock management policies to prevent shortages and overstocking, optimizing inventory movement between warehouses and production facilities.

Securing Payment Deferments in China

  • Negotiate with Chinese suppliers to secure payment deferments, optimizing the company’s cash flow.
  • Build long-term relationships with Chinese partners to enhance flexibility and reliability in supply.

Office Supply Chain Management

  • Ensure timely delivery of essential materials and equipment for efficient office operations.
  • Optimize office procurement with respect to budget and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs and plan office supply orders.

Requirements:

Professional Experience

  • At least 5-7 years in international supply chain management, including interactions with China and other countries with unique tax and logistics characteristics.

Supplier CRM systems

  • Experience in selecting, configuring and managing CRM system for suppliers, which requires IT management and project management skills.

Financial Literacy and Tax Optimization

  • Understanding of tax laws and experience working with customs brokers to minimize tax costs in international logistics.

Negotiations and Partnerships

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with logistics companies and suppliers and experience in negotiating for favorable terms.

Stages

  1. Step One | Get to know us

In this step, we get to know your basic expectations and thoughts. It lasts about 5-10 minutes and helps us understand how in sync we are at key points.

  1. Recruiter's Stage | Deep Look

The meeting with our recruiter will take 30 minutes to an hour and is your chance to talk about yourself, your experience and your motivation. We value candid stories and examples to better understand you as a person and professional.

  1. Interview with the Team member | Professional Immersion

This stage lasts about 30 minutes to an hour where you will interact directly with your future supervisor. Here we will assess how you fit with our team and projects, and discuss the tasks and challenges ahead.

  1. Culture Test

These tests will help you understand how your values align with ours and how easily you can work in our team. The stage is online and takes about 45 minutes (depends on the speed of your answers).

  1. Feedback from Recommenders

In this stage, we contact your previous supervisors to get additional references. We greatly value honesty and respect testimonials that help create a complete portrait of the candidate.
