Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in technology leadership roles, including experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar.
- Deep expertise in system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and scalable product development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile, Lean, and modern delivery practices.
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in international, fast-scaling technology environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to align with business goals and drive measurable results.
- Proven track record of achieving results and motivating teams towards excellence.

- Develop and implement OMNIC’s technology strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee IT, Product Development, and Infrastructure operations to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements across operating regions (Italy, Latvia, UAE, KSA).
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across IT, Product, and Development.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Design and evolve scalable system architecture to meet business needs.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, implementing cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern technology solutions.
- Optimize delivery processes and ensure high-quality execution.
- Define and monitor KPIs for technology performance and operational excellence.
- Analyze system and team performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners, supporting technology integrations and business growth.
