Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in technology leadership roles, including experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar.
  • Deep expertise in system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and scalable product development.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Agile, Lean, and modern delivery practices.
  • Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in international, fast-scaling technology environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to align with business goals and drive measurable results.
  • Proven track record of achieving results and motivating teams towards excellence.

  • Develop and implement OMNIC’s technology strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee IT, Product Development, and Infrastructure operations to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements across operating regions (Italy, Latvia, UAE, KSA).
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across IT, Product, and Development.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Design and evolve scalable system architecture to meet business needs.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, implementing cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern technology solutions.
  • Optimize delivery processes and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for technology performance and operational excellence.
  • Analyze system and team performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and partners, supporting technology integrations and business growth.
