3-7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Upper Intermediate (B2) proficiency in English.
Expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of tax legislation in Latvia, the UK, and Poland.
Experience with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
Familiarity with IFRS standards.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills for interaction with tax authorities and other departments.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle accounting for multiple jurisdictions.
Ensure timely and accurate financial closing each month with data precision of ≥ 99%.
Prepare and submit tax reports, ensuring compliance with local and international tax legislation.
Manage financial operations and the accounting team, enhancing efficiency by reducing processing time by 10% within six months.
Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and cash flow statements.
Participate in budgeting and financial planning by providing data and analytics.
Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
Lead the accounting team through mentorship, task allocation, and performance evaluation.
Initiate and implement automation projects to streamline accounting processes, such as electronic document management.
Ensure successful external and internal audits with no critical remarks.
