Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in international companies is a must.
- Significant experience in scaling business processes and systems to new markets.
- At least 5-7 years in a senior management role, preferably in operations management.
- Experience managing large, distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and indicators.
- Experience managing budgets, optimizing costs, and driving profitability.
- Ability to develop and implement company growth strategies.
- Experience working with SMART, OKR, and Agile methodologies.
