Key Requirements

5+ years in hardware R&D leadership roles (IoT, electromechanics, industrial products preferred).
Deep understanding of product development cycles: concept, prototyping, testing, DFM, and pre-series.
Experience working with design bureaus and manufacturing teams.
Proficient in reading and creating engineering documentation and CAD files.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical systems.
Hands-on experience with prototyping, materials, and testing processes.
Proven team leadership experience with cross-functional engineering groups.
Fluent in English (B2+); Russian or Georgian is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset, systems thinking, and communication skills.
Passion for sustainable technologies and innovation.
