Language Skills: Fluency in Georgian and English is mandatory; proficiency in Russian is highly desirable.

Cross-border Legal Expertise: Experience with cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investments.

Mentorship & Training: Proven ability to mentor junior lawyers and interns, providing guidance and developing legal talent.
