• 5+ years in IT, Data, or Product roles (experience at the intersection of tech and business).
• Proven track record in AI/ML projects (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLP, or similar).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in innovation management, digital transformation, or product strategy.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both tech and non-tech stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (C1 level preferred).

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities that bring measurable value to business and customers.
• Lead research and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) in AI/ML (e.g., predictive analytics, automation, NLP, computer vision).
• Design, prototype, and deploy applied AI solutions in collaboration with data and engineering teams.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating strategic goals into AI initiatives.
• Track emerging AI trends, assess vendor/startup solutions, and recommend adoption strategies.
• Build internal AI knowledge-sharing programs and mentor teams in AI adoption.
