- Lead our parcel locker manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with OMNIC's strategic goals to drive innovation and efficiency.

- Empower teams to achieve high performance while maintaining a focus on quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in operations/production management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (preferably in equipment, electronics, or machinery assembly).
- Ability to manage production reporting, performance metrics, and milestones.
- Proven experience managing production teams (supervisors, assemblers, operators).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and process optimization principles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PC tools, Excel, 1C or similar ERP systems.
- Upper Intermediate (B2) English proficiency required.

- Oversee daily manufacturing operations of the production site.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Maintain strict quality control over manufactured products.
- Optimize production processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Manage the production team: assign tasks, monitor execution, and ensure team performance.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and engineering departments.
- Track production metrics and prepare reports and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production workflows.
