- Facilitate seamless collaboration between local and international teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing or related fields.
- Advanced (C1) to Native Speaker (C2) level proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proven ability to align with business goals and drive measurable results.
- Experience in quality control and production process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse teams.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Hangzhou, China.

Responsibilities
- Control of the smart locker production process at the plant.
- Quality check of manufactured products to ensure compliance with OMNIC standards.
- Monitor production deadlines and inform stakeholders of risks and delays.
- Daily interaction with the Chinese team and weekly meetings with the HQ (online).
- Collaborate with plant engineers/technologists and the OMNIC team across Italy, Georgia, and China.
- Document identified defects and oversee their resolution.
- Support the launch of new products, production lines, and pilot batches.
- Organize and control the controller firmware process, ensuring operability.
