Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Upper Intermediate (B2) proficiency in Russian.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Experience with HR compliance and analytics.
  • Proficient in HR Information Systems, including Jira and Confluence for task and project management.
  • Critical thinking and people management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to implement and manage training programs via LMS.
  • Demonstrated expertise in aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR policies with OMNIC’s global business goals.
  • Support scaling of international teams by ensuring consistent yet flexible HR practices across regions.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management on workforce planning, productivity, and engagement.
  • Develop and sustain a unified OMNIC culture with clear values and habits across all offices.
  • Drive initiatives that promote collaboration and professional growth through L&D programs.
  • Build and promote OMNIC’s employer brand, emphasizing innovation, growth opportunities, and Italian identity.
  • Manage the adaptation system for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Implement performance management systems with clear KPIs and career growth paths.
  • Manage benefits programs that support employee well-being, motivation, and retention.
  • Standardize HR policies across countries while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Maintain and improve a unified HR system for all offices, utilizing HR analytics for decision-making.
