  • Experience in creating and implementing incentive and motivational programs.
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Rustavi.
  • Strong understanding of corporate culture and values.
  • Ability to manage internal communications effectively.
