Requirements

Strong negotiation and partnership management skills with landlords and business partners.

English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Ability to work autonomously, in a fast-paced environment, with strong focus on results.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new locations for parcel lockers (shopping malls, residential complexes, supermarkets, gas stations, etc.).
Lead negotiations and conclude rental or partnership agreements.
Organize the installation, relocation, and maintenance of devices, coordinating contractors and service teams.
Monitor site performance: traffic, device utilization, and transaction levels.
Optimize network placement by proposing relocations or removals of underperforming units.
Maintain documentation and provide regular reports on new sites, contracts, and network performance.
Collaborate closely with the service and technical support teams to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
