  • 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating results.
  • Advanced understanding of marketing frameworks (7P, 8P, 9P).
  • Completed professional marketing training from recognized international programs.
  • A keen eye for design, aesthetic taste, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing small teams and external contractors.
  • Proven ability to structure processes and create efficient marketing systems.
  • High personal standards, discipline, and a results-driven attitude.
  • Motivated to grow alongside the project and contribute to its future success.
  • Valid driver’s license and mobility for occasional travel requirements.

  • Build, maintain, and evolve the brand’s visual identity including branding, brand book, and tone of voice.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy utilizing 7P / 8P / 9P models.
  • Manage relationships with contractors including designers, videographers, and copywriters.
  • Oversee social media content creation and strategy implementation.
  • Work on presentations, commercial materials, and visual packaging for products.
  • Lead the marketing calendar for campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Implement performance metrics and analytics to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Execute marketing tasks hands-on to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Plan for the gradual build-up of a small in-house marketing team.
