Mission:

  • To lead and innovate in the technical operations of OMNIC, ensuring optimal performance and maintenance of our systems while promoting safety and sustainability.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.

  • Proven experience (1-3 years for junior positions, 3-7 years for senior positions) in technical team leadership within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS) and technical documentation.

  • Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the team of technicians, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance evaluation.

  • Develop and implement maintenance, repair, and technical service plans to support production and operational needs.

  • Ensure all equipment and machinery are maintained to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

  • Establish and monitor compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.

  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality control teams to resolve technical issues effectively and in a timely manner.

  • Train and mentor technicians to improve skills, technical knowledge, and adherence to best practices.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment uptime, maintenance efficiency, and service quality.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency within technical operations.

  • Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, equipment records, and service reports.

  • Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.

  • Support the implementation of new technologies and equipment within the production environment.
