We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in both IT systems and product development. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless collaboration between IT and product teams, optimizing workflows, and delivering high-quality products. Your Mission:

The Operations Manager will manage the daily operations of IT infrastructure and product development, ensuring both areas are aligned with business goals. You will lead cross-functional teams, implement best practices, and ensure operational excellence through continuous process improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Product Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT operations or product development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Lean methodologies.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams (IT, product, development).
  • Proficiency in IT management tools, cloud infrastructure, and product lifecycle management systems.

  • Oversee IT and Product Operations: Manage daily operations for both IT infrastructure and product development workflows, ensuring smooth functioning in both areas.
  • Ensure Alignment Between IT and Product Goals: Coordinate between IT teams and product development teams to ensure both areas are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Optimize Processes: Develop and implement strategies to optimize IT and product management processes for greater efficiency and agility.
  • Resource Planning: Collaborate with IT and product teams to plan and allocate resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Oversee and guide teams consisting of IT specialists, product managers, and development teams to ensure smooth collaboration and workflow.
  • Training & Development: Lead the training and development of team members in IT processes, product management methodologies, and relevant technologies.
  • Foster Innovation: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within both IT and product teams through collaboration and creative problem-solving.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to help teams meet objectives and improve productivity.
  • Identify Inefficiencies: Identify bottlenecks in IT operations and product development processes, and implement solutions to streamline them.
