Upper Intermediate (B2) level of English and Russian language skills.
Proficient in risk management and quality assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and Facilitate Project Meetings: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, status reviews, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned and projects on track.
Define and Manage Project Scope: Break down high-level objectives into clear tasks, maintain the project backlog, and ensure scope changes are documented and approved.
Track Progress and Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (schedule variance, budget burn rate, quality metrics), update dashboards, and report status to stakeholders.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Liaise with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and operations to resolve dependencies, clarify requirements, and remove blockers.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify, log, and prioritize risks and issues; develop mitigation plans and escalate when necessary.
Stakeholder Communication: Draft and distribute regular status reports, maintain the project wiki/docs, and facilitate transparent communication with executives and clients.
Resource and Budget Oversight: Allocate team resources, track time and expenditures, and flag budget deviations to finance and leadership.
Continuous Process Improvement: Collect feedback, refine workflows and templates, and implement best practices to optimize delivery and collaboration.
