Qualifications:

  • 5 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within the technology or automation industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations, with a track record of successfully implementing HR programs and initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certifications are a plus

  • Lead all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into actionable HR strategies and initiatives
  • Drive recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives to position OMNIC as an employer of choice
  • Cultivate a culture of learning and development, implementing programs and initiatives that support employee growth and career advancement
  • Foster strong employee relations and engagement, championing initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards and best practices

Stages

  1. Step One | Get to know us

In this step, we get to know your basic expectations and thoughts. It lasts about 5-10 minutes and helps us understand how in sync we are at key points.

  1. Recruiter's Stage | Deep Look

The meeting with our recruiter will take 30 minutes to an hour and is your chance to talk about yourself, your experience and your motivation. We value candid stories and examples to better understand you as a person and professional.

  1. Interview with a Partner of the Company

Meet with a partner who knows the company culture well. It will help us assess how you fit with our internal ethos and values.

  1. Interview with the Team member | Professional Immersion

This stage lasts about 30 minutes to an hour where you will interact directly with your future supervisor. Here we will assess how you fit with our team and projects, and discuss the tasks and challenges ahead.

  1. Culture Test

These tests will help you understand how your values align with ours and how easily you can work in our team. The stage is online and takes about 45 minutes (depends on the speed of your answers).

  1. Feedback from Recommenders

In this stage, we contact your previous supervisors to get additional references. We greatly value honesty and respect testimonials that help create a complete portrait of the candidate.

  1. Proposal | Beginning a new path

If we all see together that you are the right person, you will receive a Job Offer from us! The offer will outline your first plan and opportunities for professional growth.
